Van Gogh's Friend Who Did Not Stay
Arles, 1888. Van Gogh had just moved into the Yellow House. He was setting everything up for Gauguin. The bedroom, the sunflower paintings on the walls, and this. A garden he walked past every day, which he started calling The Poet's Garden. He painted it thinking of Gauguin. Thinking of the life they would build as artists. Gauguin did come eventually. Stayed nine weeks. Then everything fell apart. But this painting doesn't know that yet. This painting is still full of hope. 🛒 Get it here: https://art.ecoartlab.store/products/set-of-80-samsung-frame-tv-4k-art-van-gogh-famous-paintings-mega-c
