Klee Didn't Even Name This One
No title. No subject. No explanation. Just color laid down in squares that don't quite line up. Klee painted this in 1914, right after he came back from Tunisia. He said that trip was the moment color finally owned him. He stopped trying to draw things. He just let the watercolor bleed where it wanted. Every square is leaking into the next one like a conversation you can almost hear but not quite. This is a painting with no name that you will remember longer than most paintings with one. 🛒 Get it here: https://art.ecoartlab.store/products/set-of-20-samsung-frame-tv-4k-art-ultimate-paul-klee
